I have two custom civilizations (re: parties) I played on Galciv1. The post-singularity nanotechers and the master terraformers. Since PQ picks aren't as significant in GC2, I think I'm going to go with Nanotech people. But I'm going to start with the Iconians. They have good economics and research, lots of starting techs and I can call myself Lord Cthullu. [email protected]

I build an expendable Survey Ship and send it around to to all the Space Shark eggs in my rivals' space. And while it's terrorizng their shipping, I'm stealing all their anomalies.

The best thing I think they could do is have the local planets only show up when you highlight the star. And then they would be in a convienent row or colum next to it. Or they could just allow you to switch to the old GalCiv 1 interface. As for features, here some things I believe are not al
Can someone please explain what the exact effects of starship quality bonuses are? I build shipyards & foundries when I'm at war, yet I don't notice differences in my ship's performances or stats. I am missing something or are starship quality improvements ineffectual? [email protected]
Does anyone have an idea how we could go about this? [email protected]
