Thanks i just emaild them, got an automatic repley with a 2 day period. Hope they do something. Support of other company is often much less than stellar and the support of M$ is a joke, ab bitter one :CONGRAT:

Hi together, got German Gold Ver. too, (lousy translation!!) can't Update!!! Only 1 Key (with GC1 in the middle). People here bought this Version. Any solution? (:(
