Boot Skin in Beginners WinCustomize Forums

Hi im new to BootSkin so please be patient. I have recently been trying to make one and the colors are distorted. It is 16 colors and correct resolution. the main colors in the picture are yellow and black with some blue. The colors displayed when i bootup are yellow and black. Even the parts that are supposed to be blue are the same three shades of yellow. On a side note, if I still cannot solve the problem, is there anyone who would be willing to mak

It is set to 16 colors and is displaying colors from the 16 color palette, i know this because i zoomed in and checked.
