Admin Frogboy As you are aware, I am not a member so I will jsut look at one policy to start with...if I go into any of your download sections I see ratings...and I have noticed that some ratings I dont believe to be very just. I look at some of the skins and to my point of view they are better than some of the skins that are higher rated, but that is neither here nor there. Basically my post was on an observation that I've made on talking with people.
