I'm not going to comment on whether I think it is a rip or not. Back's is a photo manipulation. Cat's looks like it's the original photo (or slightly manipulated). So the real question is, where did the original photo come from.

It seems to me, after hearing discussions of a few of those problems, that a lot of those features may have actually been sacrificed for speed. Not neccessarily a bad thing in my opinion. what exactly is the problem you are having with the bottom titlebar and the transparency? It seem to me maybe you might be overlooking the simpler solutions. Any problems I have come across so far have been quite easy to work around once the time is taken to look at things in a less complicated way. Most of it is really quite simple. Sometimes, it's actually too simple to see it the first few times you look at it, but it's right in front of you.

Sometimes I can;t seem to think of a name for a skin to save my life, so I just make up a word, search for it on google or something to make sure it's not actually a word in another language (you'd be surprised at how many "made up" words are really words afterall) and if I still ike it in a day or so, I'll use it. Other times I'll use a temp name while creating the skin (usually just a number) and the first time I try to test it out a name will just pop into my head out of nowhere. <br
Just couldn't use it behind any area that has icons or text. I tried it once and it looked absolutely horrible.
When you make the image for the start menu, the areas that are going to be transparent have to be colored 255,0,255 (magic pink). than, in skin studio, set the transparency to "enabled" in the section for the part of the start menu you are warking on. or did you mean you just wanted to reduce the transparency so you can still see the start menu, but can see the wallpaper through it?
hehe, has anyone else noticed that the forst one works even when the window isn't active? I also had Photoshop open and was going abck and forthe between that and checking out some stuff on the net, and anytime the mouse went over the center of the screen it made noise.
You won't find many themes here that have characters from television shows, movies, etc. because of copyright issues. And, even though I happen to like spongebob too, not many people are inspired enough by him to put that much work into a Spongebob theme. So, unless Nickelodeon makes a contract with someone to have a skin made for spongebob, it more than likely won;t happen anytime soon. sorry
I think it would be good if future releases of WB used seperate sections in the UIS file for the top taksbar and bottom taskbar. Sometimes what looks really great on the bottom will not look good at all on the top. For instance, if I use the taskbar on top, I'd rather it be thinner than if it was on the bottom. you can;t do that now (or am I missing something and you can do that now?.

It's in the same section as the text color. My suggestion would be to play around in the colors section and just keep re-applying the skin till you have everything just the way you want it. then, everytime you use that skin, it will already be saved just the way you want it *s*
Do you have Skin Studio? Ifyou do, on the left side there is a "tree" (like in widnows explorer's folder view). Go to miscellaneous - colors- then, on the right side, Click on "Window" then change the "Text Normal" setting to what you need. Then save it and re-apply the skin.
