I saw a screenshot of a wallpaper I really wanted but this screenshot did not say what or where to get the wallpaper. Now I cannot even find the screen shot. So I am hoping for a needle in a haystack here. The screenshot was on this site (Win Customize)and the wallpaper was a silver style plain background with a stylised mechanical woman across it's width. The woman was robot in looks and could be fantasy or science fiction. I think she was reclining n

You guys are all paid, right? I have seen guys defend video cards and other products this hotly but a mere downloader? Comon'! It is very simple, you like these programs on your pc, I don't. Nothing to get upset about. You guys are a great help and I have learned much but please give it a rest and let's just call it "personal choice". I know it is a simple program and might not have any influence on my pc but I don't want it,

Excuse me but I know exactly how my computer works. I just put together a new rig and trying to keep it clean for awhile at least. Of course most programs install a registry entry, programs that I want to use. Thats the problem. I paid up front without any knowledge of the requirment to download a program just to buy something. So it is my computer remember? So I can install what I want on my computer, right? So I did not want to install any installers

I did not want to use it either. I paid and then found out they wanted a program with a registry entry on my pc first. Not the most forthright company despite their intentions. I did load it and used it to download my software then immediatly uninstalled it and deleted all trace from my registry.

Opps, no taskbar, how can I get back to the other site? And lets say I have some programs open such as Zonealarm and they have active icons in the tray/taskbar. Now no taskbar so how do I see these active icons t

Untitled Document I am just starting out in this new world of cool desktops. The best way for me to learn quickly is to dive in and try to make something. I want to do a B-17 theme. The picture shows my first step, making the wallpaper (image and graphic not my own, I will be using

I am tying to put together a desktop without a taskbar. I need to know how to link from an icon to the Start button and how to see what is/was in the taskbar that is not there anymore. Things like this page and other web pages plus programs that are open reside in the taskbar and I would like to see them only in another way or another area of the desktop. Thanks, Paul

Properly spanked, thank you. I did not see the train because I was looking too far down the track, in other words the answer was too simple and I was looking for a more complex solution. Now that I got the themes and suites understood and did it without Stardock I can get on to more serious questions. Such as: Why does some themes or suites leave their icons when I switch back to normal windows display? And is there any
