I've noticed that when I turn on my computer from a long standby, object dock automatically has already closed itself. It's been doing it alot recently. I look in the corner at my system tray and notice the object dock icon was stillthere, but when I hover my mouse over it-it disappears. ___ Here's my second problem. I use a tabbed dock, and I have it as an auto hiding drawer at the bottom of my screen. If I move my mouse to the bottom activate it, it flies out. Afterwards
Yes. I "unloaded" the blinds, then restarted then tried it again.
Gosh I can't get this to work. I did the try unchecking everything in 'basic' settings, then in 'user overrides' check the 'always use this taskbar' and selected A Touch of Glass, but it idn't change the taskbar, only the start button. I still have everything unchecked and my scrollbar and everything else I don't want changed is still changing.
This is weird, I unchecked all the "Skin Advanced Controls", but my internet browser, scrollbars and such are still "skinned".
Can someone explain to me the settings to ONLY change the task bar? Is there a way to do this? The problem is, I love the "A Touch of Glass" skin but at the same time I like my Windows Media Center "Energy Blue" theme. I only want the task bar (I think that's the bar at the bottom) to be skinned by "A touch of glass", but the rest of my settings to stay the default Windows Media Center. What do I check and uncheck? I only want the task bar at the bottom to be changed.
Mhm. This is weird. I just installed what appears to be an older version of the weather docklet (the .dll file says 2003 compared to the one that I had that said 2004) and its now running fine.
Hmm. I allowed Object Dock in my firewall (I have McAfee Personal Firewall free from comcast) and just to make 100% sure I turned off the entire firewall program itself and still wasn't getting anything.
My weather docklet hasn't been working for over a week or two. I searched these forums and people said it was just a server problem for a few hours/days. It still says Weather Information Unavailable. Can someone test my zipcode (31404) and tell me if its working?
I'm having a similar problem. The weather docklet hasn't worked for about 2 days now. It just keeps saying Weather Information Unavailable. Can somebody test it for me? My zipcode is 31404
I got the problem fixed. It was a weather icon that was no longer working because it had no zip code.
Hi! I keep trying to right click in the object dock background and an error message pops up that says ---- ObjectDock.exe - Unable to Locate Component This application has failed to start because YzDocklet.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. ----
Ok I think I'm doing this right. It says "Note! Customize system tray icons but clicking and holding on any icon" --- Soo... I'm supposed to left click it so i'm "holding it" and then right-click it? I want to change the images on the systray but I can't seem to do it.
Hey there, first post here. I have a question about this frustrating problem I'm having. My power went out and my PC didn't save any settings, when I turned my PC back on, some of my object dock icons were missing and back to the default "?" icon. Is there any way to save my object dock settings, icons, etc. so I don't have to spend 30 minutes putting all the icon images, links, etc. back? This has happened many times before. Than
