I use 3D Studio Max and Paint Shop Pro, But you can use any art program really.
Every time I try to look at the script or click the edit button Desktop X gets an error and crashes any ideas how to fix this?
They just said there is nothing for windows that can do what Konfabulator does for Mac OS X. I tried to tell them about DesktopX 2 in the live chat but Leo didn’t respond. Find me a good couple of pictures of a seahorse and star fish side view and top view. I'll see what I can do but will be awhile. Working on the shark and a background for the toon. Oh yeah almost forgot just about got the chest done for those that wanted it but will need some help on the aplying it to DX2. The only question I have for you then is what do you want to chest to be made out of. Do you want it to have the shimmering light that you get from light passing thru the water?
When I first started working in 3D I tried all the 3d packages every thing from Bryce, Lightwave, 3D Studio Max, and more. I ended up with Max. I found that one way was to buy the plugins, but as I don’t have any were from $99.oo to $6,000.oo to buy them I had to figure out a way to do the effects buy hand. For all of you that are using Toon XP and Desktop X I’m making some fish to keep your Toon XP theme going. I will also be making a background for them. The first one will be a shark. hmm well I dont know Javascript or VBScript yet. Any one here that does want a slider game I made. Remember that little game that you moved the numbers around in the correct order, well this has pictures or you can put your own pictures in.
My question is I have created a stand-alone exe game but how do I get it to be a DX object.
Not hard at all.What format would I need to put the animated wallpaper in. And what program would I use to have it load up in. In the past I just made it an avi format and loaded it up on my desktop with Windows Me. I have XP now. [Message Edited]

So far I have it set up for the %mo\%d \%y %h:%m:%s' and with your IP to show if you want. There are 2 other tabs for 2 different e-mail notifies. You will be able to minimize it to your systems tray and have different pop up graphics for each notifies. Another tab will play MP3’s, CD’s, and waves. You will be able to change tabs with out it messing up you music. It will have some thing close to what win amp’s play list is. I have it set up so it will use fewer resources then any other program.
I can make you one if you want? I'm working on that now but the only problem I am haveing so far is being able to let the user move and change the font other then that most of it is skinable.
