If I click an icon to load the program, or switch to the program, it is redrawn correctly on top. Behold:

Noted. Ok, well, programmatically the behavior is correct. When one calls to actually make a window flash, they specify a maximum duration. So, eventually the window does in fact usually stop "flashing". I'll see if theres anything I can do to detect a window that was flashing but hasn't been activated, I've noted it in the todo

I run a dual-head display and find that when I switch from 1 monitor to 2, or change the orientation of the monitors in Windows Display Properties, tooltips no longer appear when I move my mouse over objectdock icons. Anyone else seen this or know how to fix it? The only way I have found to fix it is to quit ObjectDock and start it up again. I'm running ObjectDock Plus 1.20.522u+.
