Same deal here (Northern Cali). Bought the game at the store, have two labels on the back of the jewel case, and neither of them work. I've tried lots of upper/lowercase and numeral vs. lettter combos. I think they had a mess up with their numbering scheme. Perhaps the person sticking the labels might have been--um--distracted or given bad instructions (happens). [Message Edited]
