Can't Fly in Political Machine Stardock Forums

About 5 turns into the game I can't fly between states anymore and I can't figure out why. Is it a bug in the game or am I doing something wrong. The tutorials do not explain travel.

Stardock Virtual Desktop in Windows XP WinCustomize Forums

I've got a 2nd monitor connected to my laptop which I use to keep my outlook open all the time. Then I run the rest of my programs off my laptop monitor. Keeps my productivity up at work. I've started using virtual desktop to organize some of the programs I use. Is there a way to run one desktop on one monitor and another desktop on my laptop lcd. Thanks, Curtis
