I had Cursor FX4 installed and working properly when I mistakenly installed and activated an old .curxptheme cursor. For some reason, this caused any new cursor activation to no longer work. I deleted the .curxptheme cursor; uninstalled Cursor FX4 with the necessary reboots; and re-installed Cursor FX4 with the reboots. This did not remedy the situation. Thanks Neil for the info on DWM. My problem seems to be caused by running Ultramon on the 3 monitors. If I shut down Ultramon I am then able to restart DWM.EXE and the MS-Office applications are then skinned properly.

I just received a new workstation at the office with W7 & MS-Office 2010. I am not sure if this is an application problem or if I need to implement a specific configuration to make it work: 1) MS-Office 2010 suite; any product..Word, Outlook, Excel, etc. 2) WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 7.3 (build 310 - Windows 7 Edition) - 64 bit OS WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC (Generic PnP Monitor)

Electo, I am just going through the forums looking for some advice, because I have the same problem as you. None of the MS Office 2007 applications get skinned (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Access, MS-Outlook, etc.). And I am running Vista Business edition. BTW, attempting to search the forums using the strings 'Office 2007' produces no results for me. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

G4E, I also have several products I want to buy, including vStyler's Outer Limits skin. I ended up going to maxstyles.com to purchase the product directly from this other site. The cynical me is thinking that the effort Stardock Support is puting forth to solve this problem is directly proportional to the amount of income Stardock pulls in from us "foreign users".

My basic diagnosis is that some change was implemented around 13-SEP that makes it impossible for us outside the USA to make purchases. This is just a guess though as any info on this problem's root cause analysis has yet to be shared with us.

Seabass, Well I finally was able to purchase the master skin ECOLOGICAL by I.R. BRAINIAC today. I had to connect remotely to my friend's computer in Florida which has a USA ip address. I was able to use my Swiss credit card for the purchase. The only minor issue is that it the billing process did not properly recognize me as a Wincustomize subscriber so it charged me the full amount of the product (USD 5.95) and it did not give me the usual 20% discount. Solution - I edited the .uis file and modified the [SystemFont0] definition to reference a new font. It seems that this definition is used for Windows XP Explorer. The [Font0] definition reflected what I had changed via SKS 6. I am still interested to know if it is possible to change the [SystemFont0] definition via SKS 6. Thanks

In the current skin I am editing with SKS 6, I am trying to eliminate the Calibri font from Windows XP Explorer (both folder and content panels). I have changed all skin fonts to reference Segoe and I have also rebooted, but the Calibri font is still there. Where exactly in SKS 6 is this managed? Thanks
