man, can you help me replacing the tray icons with hi-res icons? only the basic programs, like emule, norton, etc.. Please Man! thanks..

how can i change the system tray program icons? like emule, winamp, norton.. these icons when minimized, are configuraded to go to the system tray bar...and so, go to a dock.. i tried to configure them, but... help me! thanks man!
