tintin67 : Yes, I would suggest renaming this file to something else (ex. iprepair.dll.old). If renaming this file doesn't help, there might be a conflict with the security software you're running. -Mike [Stardock Support]

MikeO89 : The font settings vary from one skin to another. Basically an index of fonts is created and each is assigned a number, then from different places in the skin, you specify which font you will use by number. Check out Miscellaneous->Presets->Font Presets <

seems I can play the game fine with my serial IF I do not update it from this site. But when I download the latest update it will not activate! This is true, because Galactic Civilizations 2, as released, does not require activation. If you choose to obtain the latest version, which offers additional features, we require that you activate Gala

Ron Ankeny : I'm sorry, but it appears you left out our other correspondence from your quote. This issue is still being looked into and has not at all been abandoned. Per your request for a refund, I'd be happy to fulfill this if you write in to support at stardock.com with the email address you used to purchase Multiplicity. (I do not see one under the email address you've used in your inquiry) The fact that this problem is caused by the interaction of Multiplicity

There is no time limit to renew your subscription. You're perfectly okay doing this no matter how long your subscription has been expired. Just make sure you still have the information of your initial subscription somewhere or access to the email address to whom it's registered so the information may be looked up -Mike [Stardock Support]

I'm not sure that the trial version will load automatically at startup (though I believe it should). One potential cause for this not loading at startup is a security app preventing certain settings from being applied to your system. A workaround for this is to put a shortcut to wbload.exe (located in the WindowBlinds folder) in your startup directory. Running this file at startup will have WindowBlinds loaded at each start for 30 days. -Mike [Stardock Support]<

LAURENCE JOHANSEN : This is unfortunately a problem with the layered windows api that both your All-in-wonder software uses and that ObjectBar uses. The issue is intermittent, so it is possible you hadn't seen this previously with ObjectBar. Regarding Natural Desktop, I don't believe anything directl
