SheWhoRages : I would suggest deleting everything out of C:\Program Files\Stardock and C:\Program Files\Common Files\Stardock . For what can't be deleted (dlls), just rename the files and restart your computer. Once you've restarted,

.suite files are just basically a container for multiple themes, such as WindowBlinds skins, IconPackager themes, DesktopX Widgets, etc. You will need ThemeManager to apply .suite files: https://www.stardock.com/products/thememanager To apply the individual themes included in .suite files, you will need the respective application, most of which is available here: <A href="https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/featur

wclee00 : I am sorry to hear that the problem persists. Have you had any kind of issues with other fullscreen (exclusive mode) games? Though SmartException unfortunately doesn't catch anything, is anything recorded in the Event logs? Start->Run Even

wclee00 : Sorry to hear about your trouble with GalCiv2/DA and the lack of a response from support. As Kryo said, we're unfortunately a little behind with all the Dark Avatar email that's started coming in. With the game now in windowed mode, does it still freeze up

Astyanax0 : I am not sure what exactly happened, but there was probably some kind of confusion. When you get an Error 6 activating, all you really need is for your activation count to be reset. Through normal use, you would not even get near the limit, but if you do a

PIPe PIPer : Before purchasing, you may actually want to check out the trial version available at http://multiplicity.net From the sounds of your setup, I see no reason why this wouldn't be supported by Multiplicity. I do not believe Multiplicity even bothers with knowing whether there's a multiple monitor setup or not. I think Windows has some internal settings where the dimensions of the entire viewing area is at,

hclarkjr: WindowBlinds is compatible with XP x64 edition. It is unfortunately not yet ready for Vista 64-bit, though the 32-bit version is available in pre-release (beta) form through Stardock Central ( https://www.stardock.com/sdnet_login.asp ). StarscreamUK: I looked in the support database, but am unfortunately not seeing any tickets created from the email address associated with the account you're using to post. Was it und

Hey everyone, sorry for the trouble. The problem you're experiencing has to do with the build of the trial that was just released. A previous build has been put back up that does not have this problem. http://www.download.com/Multiplicity/3000-2340_4-10601315.html?tag=lst-0-1 <P

Dylan/Nicolas : I apologize for your trouble. While from your end it appears you had not received a response, you actually had in fact been sent a reply (Dec 29) the day following your initial email (Dec 28) to support (despite the fact that our offices were closed December 23 - Januar

I don't believe that either ObjectDock or DesktopX requires the kind of interfacing that WindowBlinds does. Installing through SDC may allow you to finally install WindowBlinds, however. (be sure you remove any files that might've been installed from the WindowBlinds directory) It's likely that something's still preventing access to those files when you run the installer, as the install should run fine under an admin account. -Mike [Stardock support]

In both math and programming, I've seen >= to be the standard. "Greater than or equal to" rather than "Equal to or greater than" //this seems to evoke ambiguity -Mike [Stardock Support]
