Either you have some really tiny feet, or that thing is a behemoth! I'd think the strain on the pci-e slot would be too great and you would need to lay your tower on its side :P Mike

I will pass this along to the developers. Thanks for letting us know! Mike
Custom views and subfences... nice ideas! :) I will pass them along. Mike
Please do the following within Impulse: -Click the blue menu button in the upper left -Choose 'Preferences...' -Click the 'Reset Data' button -Close impulse and relaunch it. You may notice a long update time, which is normal as it is rebuilding the deleted info. If this does not resolve the issue, try right clicking on Sins and choosing, "download and archive." Once the archive is created, try clicking the blue button at the top left of Impulse and choosin
I'm curious to know -- what was the resolution it had been set to that caused this error? Mike
If you uninstall Sins, it should show Sins Trinity as available. Rosco and myself worked on this and tested it logging in as you here, so you should be good to go. Also, I've refunded you for Entrenchment you had purchased following your Trinity purchase, as this is a duplicate. Mike
Something like this would be up to the publisher, since they handle naming, pricing and regional availability. I would suggest contacting the publisher via their official support link: http://www.sherlockholmes-thegame.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=13&sid=6a90631b2a6032a35ab87ca6b3985810 Mike
Would you be able to post your debug.err file located within the Documents\My Games\ directory? Mike
I don't see the base game under the account associated with that nickname. Might you possibly have this under another email address? Feel free to send me a pm here with any email address it might be under and I'll see what I can do to help. Mike
Serial numbers should be either on the back of the manual or the back of the jewel/dvd case. If you're having a problem finding them, feel free to email or Mike
Unfortunately we don't officially keep specific versions of any games on hand. We have the latest pre-release and latest release builds and that's about it. For the future, you can create your own archives for versions you want to keep readily available by just right clicking on a given game and going to "Download and archive." The archives are kept within the location specified within the preferences menu (click the blue button at the top left of Impulse.) Mike
Please do the following within Impulse: -Click the blue menu button in the upper left -Choose 'Preferences...' -Click the 'Reset Data' button -Close impulse and relaunch it. You may notice a long update time, which is normal as it is rebuilding the deleted info. Does that help? Mike
If you still have a problem with this, I'd be interested to take a look at what might be going on. Feel free to send me anything. Mike
Do you have any security apps running on your system? You will need to add an exception for Impulse to any of these. This is most often the cause for this type of problem. Mike
From where had you purchased this? The serial numbers for our products are almost always on the back of the manual or on the back of the jewel/dvd case. Mike

no thanks, pass! [e digicons]>_>[/e] There are better ways to spend that kind of money. Mike
Try downloading the skin to your desktop, then double clicking on it. Does that help? Mike
What I'd suggest is uninstalling WB7 through Impulse, restarting, then going to the blue menu at the top left in Impulse -> Preferences -> Folders and enable the option "Prompt for install directory." At that point, just go ahead and reinstall WindowBlinds 7 and it should give you the option to install to another directory. When you move your install as you initially suggested, there may possibly be settings in the registry that would need to be moved and it could end up being m
What specifically are the problems you're encountering? Are you receiving any kind of error message to help indicate what might be happening? Which OS (32/64) and which version of DeskScapes are you running? What kind of problems are you having with DWM? Mike
Actually yes. Once you're in windowed mode, just grab one of the corners of the window and resize it as if it were a standard overlapped window. Its size will persist through closing/reopening. Mike
Have you tried updating to the latest version of your browser (if applicable), using another browser or ordering from another computer? That generic "store error" is something we're still working on resolving and there doesn't seem to be a good way to reproduce the problem. Mike
Robbie_Boy: I've merged the account containing the Sirus skin into your current account. You should be all set. Mike
bniall: I've checked on your account and everything appears to be in order. Your Impulse/Stardock account are within the same database entry as your Sins registration. Does Sins show up now within the My Games section of Impulse? Mike
Thank you for the suggestion, Matt. That might spice things up a bit! Mike
