LogonStudio/Screen Flashes Blue Just Before Logon Screen in Stardock Support General WinCustomize Forums

Hello, There is a brief flash of blue that fills the entire screen [not BSOD] just before the Logon Screen. What is it and can I change it or get rid of it? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, #9
