I am auto-saving, but it won't advance to the auto-save point. Auto-save only occurs at the end of a turn, which can't occur because all these other actions fail.

I'm on turn 225 of a huge universe with all opponents. When I try to build in a shipyard, it clicks, but the selection is not added to the queue. When I try to build on a planet, it clicks a sound, but the selection is not added, even if a modifier like economic stimulus or research. Consequently, I cannot end the turn. I also cannot save the turn. If I press escape to try to save, Resume is highlighted, but save/load are darkend and not allowed. "Please wait until invasio
I built a shipyard, moved it about 20 hexes, and anchored it. Then I assigned to planets to it. At the bottom right, I am still being told to anchor shipyard. If I click it, nothing happens. I can't end the turn until that is resolved.
For treaties, list under both races. When it is selected under a trade offer, list under both players. For a few games, I wondered why I couldn't select Open borders. I didn't realize that selecting my own open borders offered a treaty both ways (instead of giving the enemy a pass into my territory, with no right to enter his). Please do this for all treaties.
If all the tiles on a planet are full, and you can only construct something by demolishing something else, color all options yellow if you have to destroy something (and put options to create new tiles with soil techs at the top, or auto selected)
You have 4 areas you can research. You have a huge screen, and your research selections do not take up much of the screen. Instead of showing just one area, why not show all research options in all 4 areas? Or if the research choices eventually overfill your screen, scroll up/down, and selecting one of 4 areas centers that area at the top of your screen.
