Thanks Neil it worked! WB5 is now fully working on my machine. Thanks again. guess it was my fault all along!! and I just couldnt see it!! Thanks again!

yes I do and before u ask I also downloaded tha way too...still made no difference..now I am going to ask for refund and am going back to the trial version of WB5 cos at least I didnt have this much hassle. But unless someone can come up with something I want my money back.

I just bought WB5, I removed the trial version I had and installed the full version. After it asked me to reboot and I went back into the system WB5 didnt start autmatically as I thought it would. I read the Read me file and it menitoned Activating the program but I have no idea how to activate it! Worse still when I tried to run WB5 it just wouldnt open at all. I am getting no error messages or anything at all. Can someone please tell me how I activat
