Why was the Advanced Editor removed? Even though it was buggy, it was much more useful than the current editor once you knew which things should be avoided. When will it be added?

For some reason, when having a bar marked as hidden and making it show up with a hotkey, the bar won't hide again after losing focus. I had StrokeIt set up to issue a F11 keypress when doing an "up" gesture, and this then made the bar show up since it was set up to show up (below the mouse cursor) on an F11 keypress. In the prior release the bar hid again after losing the focus, but now I can't use this approach anymore. <br/

So, why would't the rollup /rolldown feature of WB5 size the Stardock Central / Task Manager correctly on some machines and not on others? It worked with WB4.x but got broken initially on WB5, but you guys managed to solve that (exclellent!). WB5 is really awesome. Why was taht and how did you solve it?

I posted the thread ## Objectbar:feature req. + questions. Regarding that thread, I just fugured out a way to use OB cleanly with the wacom tablet, so forget about the feature request, it now works perfectly. Regarding the title of this thread, while I was trying to add an activate/deactivate network button to Objectbar, I stumbled across a Objectbar command named "Show advanced Theme Editor..." and decided to test it and there it

Is it possible that stardock central erroneously deploying an old version (1.10a )of ObjectBar instead of the indicated 1.99e[b].002 ??? Mine is displaying version 1.10a build 739 in the about box, and the user interface looks different from the screenshots on stardock . com Also, when I was using the demo version from downlaod . com, I had the feeling of using a *much* better user interface to configure the bars. The current one

Isn't Vista using DirectX to do it's Transparency drawing stuff (and therefore not supporting native opengl since opengl would be running within directx?) I think this "nice look mode" in Vista renders the entire desktop as surfaces in directx, not 100% sure about this. If it is that way, then vista be 3d desktop. But I know that there is some desktop implemented in opengl out there, I think for linux. <a href="../resources.a

Rollup has been fixed now. One issue still remaining, need to see how to explain it correctly, since it's weired to explain. Basically it's about the margins being drawn over other windows, or windows moving below the margins of other windows but above the content of those other windows. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/icons/wc.gif" border=0 alt="Posted via WinCustomize Browser/Stardo

I really like ObjectBar, there are only a few programs as useful as this one. I have the enhanced version of it. Since I bought a Wacom Tablet, I'm having a problem with ObjectBar. A tablet is like a high resolution mouse, which never stays still on the desktop, the hand always shakes the pen a pixel or two, so that while the pen presses on the tablet to simulate a mouseclick it usually moves a pixel or two before the pen lea

Ok. Skinning of mdi-children is like in 4.x (actually Spy gets it's child windows skinned, Opera and some other not, they may be using another technique) Rollup does still not work here, Visual Studio 2005 is about 5 cm in height (at least 15cm in Stardock Central) when rolled up. Even after a clean WinXP install, did you check other language os? Now, what I have found out is that if I apply a version 4.x skin like my a

1) I use Visual Studio .NET 2003 every day. I just minimized the window and re-stored it and if it does what you say it happens so quickly on my machine it's not even noticable. Not sure this is a bug, or simply the way it's always been done but it might run a little slower on your machine. this has b

1. When Visual C++ .NET 2003 is minimized and gets restored from that state, it first draws the original, unskinned border into the background, and then the semi-transparent border. The unskinned border in the background only gets removed if the background refreshes, which is not that often. 2. Sadly the super cool Arrow skin makes the above mentioned application unusable, since no text, well, absolutely nothing gets displayed inside the app

I decided to switch back to v4.x about two weeks ago. Windows like Media Player, Visual Studio, and others would not roll up completely, that was very annoying to me, since I use the feature a lot. Is it working in the newest beta? Regards, Daniel

Good, rundll32 and logonguix problem has vanished. Next thing could be to fix the erroneous rollup behaviour, not all windows get rolled up completely (windows media player, Visual C++ .NET, Opera,... , at least using the 5imple skin) Some OpenGL Buffers (Maya) seem to get screwed up when alpha-borders have been covering them, the border part sometimes "burns" into the buffers. Also some other strange OpenGL behaviuor (buffers bec
