Help! in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Hello everyone! I'm new to this site and would like some help. i have windows 98 and i want to change the look of it, like different style desktop icons and start botton and other kool things. a small question - is there a program or deskmod or something on this site to make my desktop look like the windows xp?? plz help me
