Serial number retrieval? in WindowBlinds Stardock Forums

I purchased WindowBlinds 7 for a special upgrade price 6 hours ago, paid through paypal, the payment has already been confirmed. How long does it usually take to receive a serial number? Apart from that I am very concerned with this whole procedure of installation and activation - why do I have to download and install additional software in order to activate one single application? I already regret what I did and this will be the last time I paid for something from Stardock.</

@milksama: I have tried this already, the problem was that they were files left in the program files dir - after having deleted them manually before re-installing WB6 it works now.

I am having the same problem after having installed WB6 via Stardock Central, here is my system info: WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 5.5 (build 94 x86) WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins. (Dell 2001FP (Digital)) 1 is attached to Matrox Parhelia 128MB () 2 is attached to Radmin Mirror Driver V3 Wb

Hello, when I try to install an application (i. e. WindowBlinds) into a user defined path, I get the error message as quoted in the title. This error occurs on two different computers. Best regards, AT
