I have tried changing from Classic to XP style and back... no difference... it still looks like the classic 2000 start bar. It has the square start button and all even when switching between Skins.

Start Bar will not change style in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

I am having an issue with WB's where the Start Bar will not change style's it will only change colors with the selection... any ideas? Also this is a Fresh XP install and fresh WB install. Thanks!
