I am on 8 meg Broadband and pages still load like on dialup , even with regular cache cleaning, Trusted Sites etc ... ~ ~ may be it could be a bit faster to load pages ...

OK.. OK !! Right .. what you see here is a Special .. as it is 2 sidebars in one ... To clarify, there are different hovers and captions and backgrounds etc .. depending on which side you have your sidebar ... As for the multicoloured 'Birthday Balloon - Glassy type texture', I thought it might be a start towards the finished sidebar ... I even, at this point , have a chocolate cake for the clock !! Ignore the wallpaper although , it does match ...anyway
