Hey, glad to hear it helped. There's a whole new breed of malware out there now. I run Bit Defender, Nod and Kaspersky and none picked up any problems with my system. Malwarebytes found 44 issues (mostly same bug - different locations). Not bad for a free version.

New here, but try 'Malwarebytes'. Had some internet issues a while back and this was a handy little app. Didn't think my problem was a virus or malware as nothing was coming up, but I guess it was. You're not seeing any error messages or anything before you crash?
