Iconpackager v3 problem concerning MS office in IconPackager Stardock Forums

I have had Iconpackager V3 since its release and it has always worked installed at the sametime MS Office 2003 is installed. A couple of months ago out of the blue, if I double clicked an office 2003 file in windows explorer, it will open the office program, but not load the document. Example> If you wanted to open a word doc by double clicking on the document in windows explorer, it is suppose to load that document in the program word immediately. But what happens is, double clicking opens
