Yeah, i think an option for writing to the uploader of the ship without deleting the ship would be great. (Basically like the "delete" moderation tool but just as a text message. Right now we have only the option to delete the ship and the civ immediately.)
:)

Generally speaking, I want removing content to be a last resort. If we can coax folks into updating their descriptions that'd be far better. I'm working on getting that field set as required as well. Please -- light touch on this kind of thing, ok?
I think you are right, Discord is the right place. SchismNavigator will be reaching out very soon to get that arm of all of this coordinated. We want to make this as simple as possible for everyone.
Discord isn't my realm, but I'll reach out to the folks who handle that and find out. :)
Sure thing. On Monday I'll reach out and we'll find a time to get everyone in the same place at the same time.

Ok, we are able to replicate the issue on our side. We are working on resolution asap.
Apologies, and sorry for the frustration. I'm looping in our tech team to see what might be causing that. I wouldn't think it's on your side. Stand by -- looking into this.
Oh I've gotta give credit to my team -- they did the hard work. :) Glad it's working well. We've got a few more goodies and a few more folks to bring onboard. More goodness coming soon!

Epic can be deceiving on whether you are actually signed in. Run the Epic store and then launch the game from there. Let us know if that fixes it -- it did for me when this happened for me as well. :)
Just getting the last bit of paperwork done, but the tools will be live today. :)
Let us know when training volunteer moderators will begin?
Wait...training? I thought we just threw you into the pit and let you fight it out?! Well, ok. You'll get training. We've got a document with pictures that walks you through how the process works, some guidelines for moderator behavior (or behaviour , if you wanna get all European about it), and a few other tools to help with th
"Good news everyone!" We are working hard on moderation tools and expect to have our first pass at them by the end of this week. A more robust system is being built out for a future patch. We'll get this hammered out -- thanks for the patience, and for the continued feedback! Ron Burke Director of Live Services, Stardock
