Are you a twin, my roomate is and he cannot have gluten either, he said it was most common amongst twins. Not sure if this is true or not. But I agree with you, if they say that there is none, there shoudn't be. Even ice cream shops have to warn you that there are peanuts about now a days.....why should this be different. I bet you could get some gluten free dough out of them.

I eat my steak medium rare, so boiling is out for me. I am the steak master on a grill though, I don't even need to check them, I just know when they turn rare, take them off and let them sit for 5 minutes and you have a perfect med rare steak. For medium, cook to med rare, then let sit for 5 min and so on.

Congrats, my sister had fraternal twin girls two years ago, it is amazing, I was 21 at the time and didn't like kids. I love them now. It is amazing how a niece or nephew can do that to you. She is 7 months pregnant now with a BOY. HOORAY for kids.

The more you make, the more bills you have to pay. In college (1and 1/2 years ago) I could live off 20 bucks a week. Food and beer, that was it. Now I make over 50k a year and it seems like I have a harder time financially then I did in college. More bills, I bought a house, gf likes money, ect. Id say, poor is only how you feel about what you have. A millionaire can be poor if it is not enough to cover his lavish lifestyle.<

5 Weeks now I have been on Atkins. I am going on a cruise a week from today so I wanted to lose some belly fat. I am not a fat guy really, 6feet 2inches and weigh about 189lbs.
