That's because it's the job of their caddies to do that...! You do sometimes see the pro pick up the divot and toss it to his caddy. Us mere mortals don't have caddies so it's up to us to repair our own damage.

I am an avid golfer, been playing since I was 13 years old, my brother and I used to spend hours chipping around our parents back yard. This came in very handy as that is one of the best parts of my game to this day. Last Spring I chipped one in for eagle on a par five (eagle is two strokes under par). Ah, I gotcha.... I pick the songs out individually from my CD collection, the information I obtain from the cover of the CD, including dates and/or lyrics... Some things I do from memory, but mostly it's from the CD itself.

I think the main point that complainers should realise is that these skins are being supplied by the various authors for free, out of their own good will; they don't have to do this for any other reason than the fact that they want to give other people a little enjoyment.
