I use Windows XP, a Dell 1.5 Ghz Intel processor with 768 megs of RAM and I only use two Pixtudio skins and I have absolutely no slowdown whatever. My system is at least three years old and still running like a champ...

I believe if you purchase any Stardock product you will become exempt from the D/L rule... if you use CursorXP, you could buy CursorXP plus.. it's cheap and worth the price anyday. just a thought..
