I happen to know that @shu tried repeatedly to have his prior skins attributed to his new nickname and had no success....

In my experience, nickname changes do not carry over to skins authored in the old nickname... just ask ashu modi aka @shu...

Snarph, surely you know that not everything goes to the same moderator... they all share duties on this, so if something is still waiting approval it only means that a different moderator is making the decision on it.

I very often will give a ten rating (and a comment) to skins that I feel are better than the rating that is listed for them. This is to help them come up to the level that I feel they deserve. I rarely if ever rate or comment on anything that I don't like.
