THIS IS DIRECTED TO #2 yes it will work with on board graphics some WB5 skins [ie.most vista skins] will not work because of the per-pix alpha-blending i have onboad graghics [SG3 pro] myself and it works good on my machine except for the skins mentioned above also with the trial version any skins YOU DOWNLOAD THAT SAY WB5 ONLY will also probaly not work because you have the trial version [it comes with a couple WB5 skins that will work because they

yes some skins will not work WB5 because of the per-pix alph-blending most older skins will though and i am not sure about outlook except it might not be able to be skinned

if you are talking to me yes i am, the only problem i have with WB5 and my OB graphics is the alph-blending on the vista skin IE borders outside of that WB5 works great on my machine

no you can use onboard graphics it just wont support per-pix alpha blending in other words the transparent borders on IE and W/EXPLOROER will appear gray or black instead of clear i have SG3 pro onboard graphics and i have no problems WB5 except for the borders on explorer like i described above i do suggest you download the newest drivers for your onboard graphics chips/card

your laptop can use wb5 but you may not get the transparent borders [on ie explorer and win.explorer]because of you having on board graphic's because most onboard graphic's do not support per-pix blending but some do you never know there is no list of which ones do support it[onboard graphics]hope that helps

Mrs Footsie there is a way to set it up so you are not paying for each comp if you are interested in learning how e -mail me or put up a post about it DSL has bigger bandwidth than dail up so it would be easer for you to up load in the mean time best of luck with your uploads

MRS footsie i dont know where you live but have you looked in to verizon's DSL spiecial's it come's in on your regular phone line at about 785kps my sister has it and pretty fast they are also advertising it for only 14.95

HELP why do i have no transparenties with my Explorers [IE andWINDOWS] in Stardock Support General WinCustomize Forums

i hope the problem is simple but i have looked for threads about this but found none.Qut of the 5 Vista blinds out there and yes i have all of them only 1 has trans. borders the Explorers[only vista final by Iyln] all other versions the the border's are white or gray?and in the screen shot's they are transparent. i have have xp pro myself and i had the exact problem myself until i switched my DPI setting in display panel advanced setting back to 96dpi from 110dpi and when i switched back all the imperfections [blacklines across start menu's]went away so look at that first

no like said it will only fix your XP files but if you do not want to try that your only other choice is uninstall in safe mode i do have question do you have this problem with all your logon screens?because i had 1 screen that whould do me what yours is doing when i would use that 1 screen i could not logon so i deleted that screen and have not had a problem since you could try switching logon's in safe mode and and see if it is just that screen hope
