build projects bug in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Hi there.. A couple of bugs I've notived... so I thought it's about time to report them.... The first is a pain ... if you are building projects on planets, and they upgrade automatically... it is possable to have them reamain in the "TBD" list with 0 as months to completion and are also finished building. You can destroy them and they will rebuild OK. I think this happens when they are just about to be build, but get upgraded but th
