Hello all, I've been playing for a while, and I decided that I wanted to create my own political party with its own flavor. I started by looking through the data files for the various .party files, but even after looking through them, I have conflicting ideas as to what numbers equate to what bonuses. cananyone point me towards a list some where that will tell me what numbers are what bonuses? Thanks!
*grumbles something that sounds like it wasn't there before, and why didn't it show up in the blasted search* Thanks. I don't know why I couldn't find it earlier, I thought I did a pretty thourough search myself, then used their own search feature, and still didn't find it. *shrugs*
It is aparently no longer available at any of the previously mentioned sites (apolyton or neo tech). it is possible to have one of you who still has it to upload it to this site? Either through the library, the forums, or the downloads section of the web site (this would probibally need Stardock's assistance). I'm still having fun with GalCiv I, and haven't gotten around to getting II yet, and would like to see this tool. Thanks!
