Wallpapers Disappeared after OS crash in OS Customization WinCustomize Forums

My OS crashed on me and I unfortunately had to reinstall Object Desktop. Now the wallpapers that came with all the WB's I've restored/installed don't appear in their preview and don't load when I select a skin to use. The Wallpaper folder and WBThumb folder are still there, and I've "rebuilt" my Skin list in the WB preview program, but no luck. Could anybody help me out? Forgot exactly, but had to do with downloading and/or installing customizations through the WinCustomize browser. I hit the "don't show me this warning again" button, but I would like to reset it so the pop-up comes back. Don't ask why, thats a long silly answer, I just want to know if it can be reset. Tati

I'd like to reset the "pop-up" warning dialog boxes in WinCustomize browser so that they show again, does anybody know how? I checked the settings, but didn't see anythin to let me turn the pop-up warnings back on. (:( T.I.A. Tati ;)

Wait, I'm supposed to be user level 5 as I'm a paid subscriber. Scroll up and see post #7, look what Jafo wrote. How or why would my subscription reset like that, especially if the subscription is less than a month old?

Actually, Daniel is Danielle and Tatiania is my first name with Danielle being my middle name. But I shouldn't have to explain anything except I use a male name for playing mmo's cuz unfortunately us gals get no respect online

I cross referenced my Stardock and WinCustomize accounts. That worked, but only put me at level 4 user status. As a paid customer of WinCustomize, I'm supposed to be a level 5 user for being a subscriber. How do I go about changing it to level 5, the user level I'm supposed to be? Tati

I've noticed some WB's come with the wallpaper separate from the wba file. When this happens, where am I supposed to put/install the wallpaper? Sorry for such a n00b question, but I am trying to learn...WB is completely new to me. Thank you in advanced

WC still doesn't recognize me as a subscriber, and I have yet to hear back from the e-mail I sent? Any suggestions?
