is it me or does everybody elses wallpapers keep getting rejected

why is it that almost every time i try to upload a wallpaper (which with my internet connection takes abotu 45 minutes) it gets rejected? and the stuff i make is pretty good some of the wallpapers on this site are questionable (for lack of a better word some of them suck) no offense to anybody im just frustrated
