Brad....nothing in those conversations indicates sentience....it's entirely machine-conditioned response. If it randomly countered with something like 'God you are boring with these crap questions' then just maybe... Or to 'what are you going to do once we finish the conversation?' you get...'dunno...probably just go down the pub'....;) Annoying thing is....all of that can be machine conditioned.... You'd need to get serious like Deckard weeding out replicants.

If you are not going to switch to Windows 11 for a long time then I would currently stay with WB10, particularly if you are currently happy with its functionality. WB11 is new...and is intended to conform with all the changes to the OS in 11 that MS is still fiddling with. The old adage...."If it ain't broke...." ...;)

Firstly...Stardock owns the sites in which you interact. There are more than one however all the Forums are interlinked and thus shared between sites through relevance. The "primary" and thus most salient is "Stardock", at the bottom of which is the link I posted:- "Terms of Use". There are 2 'areas' within the linked forums where specific rules apply. Anything not specific to an issue relevant to Stardock Support can and will be deleted from the Stardock Support

If you do not want shell enhancements to exist on your computer in any form what so ever you will need to uninstall it totally. Hi....not exactly. Object desktop is a Subscription service which provides ongoing updates etc to its suite of included programs. When or if you end your subscription you can still use any programs already downloaded and installed albeit without future updates...;)
