i feel the same than you, i've uploaded 3 skins today, they appeared a bit in "my skins" section with the mention "waiting approval", & suddenly (less than a day) they disappeared, however i'm pretty sure it meets the guideline... :/ i wish i could explain...& i hope someone will.
