where do i find the option to change wall paper every hour? Well there's a menu option for it sure enough, but your gonna have to wait some more until it really works. From what I just read in another post, the next WB update should have that fucntion working.
Your right it won't directly, but it can replace the entire Taskbar and do all the things Chris mentioned.
Well, I'm not completely sure but have you tried right clicking on the Main Player and making sure only the items you want to appear at startup are checked and then immediately closing WinAmp. Then try restarting WinAmp, if it comes up with only the Main Player displayed then I'd say you are home free. If not.. then I would also check Options preferences Video to make sure it has close the video window when playback ends checked.

Yes seldomseen I've seen that also. Have you tried taking a Desktop Folder which contains shortcuts and dropping it on the Accessorize bar theme. That will also give you a drop down menu with the Icon visible or not visible selectable but no choices in background image or text color. I'm using the Accessorize bar theme set to use the taskbar in my Window Blinds theme for visual appeal and ease of application. ObjectBar 2.0 works great for that. I've begun using Object Bar 2.0 and I am enjoying its functions. It really does make it easy to have a custom bar for your desktop. But I've encounterd some areas that would improve with additional settings being available. For example, I can adjust the color of the text on the main bar, but I can't adjust the color of the text on shortcut dropdown lists. I agree, Jesus leaped to his own conclusions that the government or PayPal or both were targeting him. He was most likely being targeted by scammers. Providing documented evidence of such scams to State Authorities is Hispanics best option in fighting back against all scams that are purposefully directed to immigrants. I will make one last point. The only thing the can be dtermined by this thread is that it is uncertain what Jesus is dealing with (probably a scam) and what he should do about it. Going to a State Agency that has been established for the purpose of helping consumers with consumer fraud and phishing will help him have greater confidence in the actions he should take.

Its simple 1). The State Agency has been created to assist people. 2). They are also a reliable source for valid consumer information 3). They are professionals and are far more reliable in dealing with fraud than the consumer going it alone 4). Paypal will find it earsier to cooperate with the State Agency in the matter than someone named Jesus or any other name for that matter. Take my word for it or don't.
Well Xythe in my state I could take this to a State Consumer Protection Agency which is a Division of the States Attorneys Office. They could verify if it is authentic for me and if Federal Laws were being violated they could recommend the matter to the FBI. The state I live in is active in assisting state citizens with: reporting fraud or suspected fraud, investigating fraud, and prosecuting fraud.
I would contact the Consumer Affairs Division or Consumer Fraud Department of my local state government and turn the matter over to them. Let the state professionals who have been employed by the state to combat consumer fraud have a look at this email. I'm sure they could and would track down the truth for you Jesus, after all they do their jobs in my state.
I'm running Window Blinds version 5.1. Do you have the purchased version of Window Blinds or the Trial version? Your hardware specs seem fine. Do you do registry maintenance and hard drive maintenance (defrag)? Have you opened Task Manager to see what kind of system resources your using up? Just press ctrl+alt+delete keys at the same time and click on the performance tab.
What kind of hardware do you have? How much memory? What graphics card do you use? Also open up Window Blinds click on System Information (lower left hand side) and post.
