How to contact a developer in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I was wondering how (and if) i could contact a skin developer from this site. i am looking in particular for b0se since i have been using one of his skins and i recently created a bootskin for my personal use that sould accompany this skin and i would like to ask for his permission to upload the bootskin here.
