Resetting Races to Defaults in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

After messing with a races stats and playing a game with it how do i bring it back to the factory default? I know it's been asked before but the forums don't seem to have a search function.

First retail build was very buggy, not unplayable, but very buggy. Now after the first fix the bugs are barely noticeable. And the games so good anyway.

If it's a problem that can't be fixed on the AI's side because of whatever difficulty it would cause, why not just put humans in a situation where they need to put transports into fleets in order to protect them? If there's a stack of fleets, some combat ready and some helpless transports, have the weakest fleet/transports be attacked first. If transports were put into combat fleets they would still be attacked last. Have the AI distinguish which fleet to attack based on which has the most to

Neutrality Learning Centers in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I just switched to neutral alignment then researched Neutrality Learning Centers, i simply read the flavor text saying what it does and did ignored that in the description it didnt actually specify anything new under Improvements. Then when it was finished..... and it really didn't actually unlock anything. No new research buildings or wonders or anything. Nada. Bug or did I misinterpret the tech's purpose?
