wb problems with transparency mostly in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

Im currently using the trial version of Windowblinds and when i install other skins like for example " a touch of glass" from wincustomize.com the border around the a window thats suppose to be transparent isnt , its a solid color, also the the minimize, maximize and x button arent the same as the skin is suppose to be...... my friends have downloaded the same skin it works fine for them this is what the skin is suppose to look like http://www.deviantart.c
