@NossieUK There's more to it than just that, as Explorer backgrounds and toolbar backgrounds also render incorrectly. This isn't simply an application compatibility issue, there's been fundamental changes done in the coding of Windows 10 that make what used to work in Windows 8 not work in Windows 10 (this doesn't just apply to WindowBlinds, as simple RP creation vbs scripts no longer operate
Thanks! That worked. I did not need to run as admin. Tried it and didn't work. Just created the shortcut and dragged it down. I could have done it but could not find the executable.
Np you are mostly welcome, glad i could help =)
The 24-240mm is very versatile, of course, but you pay for it in terms of both poorer image quality and substantial bulk. For travel, though, it has no equal if you don't want to carry extra lenses and keep swapping them.
I will take the newb approach and see how many images i shoot in 35 or 50 mm to decied which one will fit my needs best. I know i wont be doing anything wrong picking any of those two.
First of all thanks guys =) My first shots are JPEG havent taken any RAW yet, its a big jump from bridge to this camera and im still learning stuff. But turned it to Jpeg+Raw now. So I know it’s been silent for me for a long time - I didn’t contribute as much and didn’t upload anything over the last years. The main reason was that I had too much to do and because I was under constant stress and pressure for the most time learning new stuff writing exams and also jumping my own shadow /hurdles and personal matters. But I’m almost done with all of that and I almost eliminated all of these problems which is huge
Better question would be what codec is needed for Deskscapes to support the most common dreams ? As far as i know some of these codecs are common MPEG2,.AVI,WMV dunno if MPEG4 is also needed. Neil can probably give more info about it. Why do i say this? Because codec packs can potentially destabilize your system, they dont have to but there is a chance. That is why i recommend to just get what you need to actually run the dream. <b
Normally you just drag the executable and drop it right on the dock. If it has no icon displayed or if it does not work try this: Close Objectdock. Launch Objectdock with administrative privileges. Right click Objectdock executable then select launch as Admin. Once loaded drag and drop edge executable onto the dock. If it has no icon displayed then right click and apply one for it. Let me know if it worked.
on windows8 it took round about 6 months for Stardock to make Windowblinds work, i would say just wait until a working version is available if you already upgraded and extend your subscription once a working version for windows10 is released otherwise you might end up loosing half of your subscription time.
As for the Games part there are no games released supporting DX12 yet. One of the upcomming would be fable. So there is no real need from a Gamer perspective to immediately jump to windows10. I would even say that waiting for response of the first wave may save one restoring a system. Unless of course you already enjoy windows10. Will wait a week and look at forums, before i make the transition.
