Hello? Bump. Is there any solution to the above problem? I'm not going to buy Pro 1.03, when I have Pro 1.01 and the trial 1.03 doesn't solve the issue. Is there any tech support other than this board? Is this product still supported in any way?

I'm getting this problem, too. Is there any solution? I had the pro version 1.01, now I downloaded the trial version 1.03 and both have the above problem. (Another question is how do I upgrade to pro 1.03?)
