how to load some themes? in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

I have downloaded some themes from this website,but the theme is not the file with postfix of ".desktop". For explam:it contains many files, such like:XXX.png XXX.dxscript XXX.bmp THEME.INI ... Please tell me how to ues the themes like this? THANKS!
