No, what i'm trying to install is the Collector Edition , not 1.10 update, the bonus pack will add many feature into the game and doesn't like 1.10 update. You can go here to find information about the pack. Link

Well, I don't know if this's the right place to post this, but I couldn't find any better place. Do I have to install the Collector Edition which includes GalCiv2_10X_BonusPack_030806.exe Enable-GalCiv2-Collectors-Edition.exe before I install 1.11 update ? Since when I installed 1.11 updates first and then install those two, it seems that some features of 1.11 is lost, such as the week needed to go to a destination which is added in v1.11 or 1.10.
