just found out if i try to connect to anoher person using Windows Live Messenger Webcam feature it doesnt connect, if i unload WB it works fine

thanks to Mike H to prevent WLM to get bigger just add this application to the Per Application list within WindowBlinds (to exclude it from being skinned) that does it for me
