How do I get the skins into the Logon program in Beginners WinCustomize Forums

I downloaded the program to change the log on screen, and then I downloaded the one I'd like to use, but I have no clue whatever how to get the skin from my files into the program so I can use it. For Dummies please tell me how to use the program. Jude
