After reading quite a few posts here I see the common denominator in OOM crashes is a 64-bit OS. I have windows 7 64-bit, 8 GB RAM, and NVIDIA GTX 285. Besides constant OOMs also noticed that I can buy virtually unlimited number of rings and talismans or necklaces, whatever they are called, on my heroes... overall I get a feeling I'm playing a beta...

When selecting a ship to build and then clicking on 'go back to planet' it cancels the ship you selected to build and when you click on done it takes you out to main map. This is a pain when you have lots of planets and you clicking on next to go through all of them to manage the building then you select done and you have to keep clicking next to get back to the planet you were just at.
