Requesting WB in Requests WinCustomize Forums

I was trying my hand at recolouring a window blind that seemed similar but with no luck ^_^;; I guess I'm just really bad at this. So I want to ask if any body would be able to create a window blind for me that looks like the pictures below? I can make my own desktop background just fine, that's no problem, all i want are matching windows, start menus colours and such to keep the over-all feel from what i have below. http://www.codelyoko.net
